Perfect Oil 4 the Perfect Trimmer
Speed of delivery. Good, quality oil - if there is such a thing. Red Armour seems to be a great brand for all 2-cycle engine needs. Excellent price. No complaints or problems with it. My trimmer still runs and performs like new. (And YES, I did buy an Echo weed wacker and the oil for it. And YES, the right mixture is ESSENTIAL to the life and performance of your equipment so READ THE DESTRUCTIONS, dummy). 6-pack was perfect for my needs. Will definitely purchase again if available. I strongly recommend heavy duty trim line for tougher weed patches. The thin stuff doesn't last long unless you're only cutting grass. Easy loading pre-cut strands is an excellent idea for busy folks who hate the hassle of winding spools with the long stuff, too. Great design from Echo on my latest trimmer! If only they would make a lighter, shorter model for my wife. Battery powered, maybe? She's always begging me to trim around her garden and wanted her own weed wacker for her birthday. With the big gas-powered trimmer she tends to scalp the lawn because the trimmer is so heavy and long for her to handle. Even with the harness, she has a hard time. Gotta' get her a battery powered model that'll last about 45 minutes, at least, before it needs to be recharged.

Great product and size for 50:1 2-strokes
Well, it's 2-cycle oil, from a reputable manufacture, that is competitively priced and conveniently packaged. Used to measure my own (2.6 oz) but, this is way easier (and, less messy). If you've got a 2-stroke, that requires 50:1 (well, or 25:1, 100:1...depending on your gas can size), this is the ticket. Also, to a previous reviewer (Thomas Miccolis?) that mentioned this is perfect for 50:1 w 2 gallons of gas, that's actually 100:1 (not right?!) so...mix one of these little bottles with 1 gallon (NOT 2) if you want 50:1 and your engine to have enough oil!

Better than Stihl
After watching some mechanic videos on YouTube I I thought I’d try this brand. I mixed up a gallon of gas with one bottle and tried it in my leaf blower. I’ve been a diehard Stihl oil uses for years. My leaf blower immediately ran better. The sluggishness was gone. I used 2 tanks at full throttle. I think I’m hooked now

The best 2 cycle oil, I have ever used.
Is it pricey, yes it is, is it worth it, you bet ya. This has to be the best 2cycle engine oil I have ever used. I have been fixing small engines for over 20 years, so I have a little experience in this field. This oil keep the head temps a bit lower and provides better overall lubrication to the the cylinder walls of the engine. This is the oil I recommend to others, and now I am recommending it to you.

ECHO Store: Echo Red Armor 2-Cycle Engine Oil, 50:1 Mix Ratio, 2.6oz Each (473ml), Qty: 6
ECHO Store: Echo Red Armor 2-Cycle Engine Oil, 50:1 Mix Ratio, 2.6oz Each (473ml), Qty: 6 I purchased this product upon the recommendation of a YouTube personality. I have seen the product used and tested many times in the “Chickanic” equipment repair videos over the past few years. I have learned a lot from Bre’s videos about small engine maintenance and repair and have learned to trust her. I have found the listing provided in her Amazon Store to be very helpful when selecting small engine maintenance and repair products. I have purchased other products she has recommended and have never been disappointed in a single recommendation she has made. I chose this product because of it very modern petroleum formulation and its ability to be used across the spectrum of small engine-powered equipment. The Echo Red Armor 2-Cycle Engine Oil is designed to be mixed with “Regular Gasoline” to provide a 50:1 gasoline to oil ratio mix. I purchased this product particularly to be used in some quite old 2-cycle engine powered equipment. I have one item, an old Craftsman chainsaw that requires the use of a 16:1 gasoline to oil ration mix. I did a lot of research on this product and its ability to be used in older equipment that required much more oil in the fuel mix when the oil that was mixed in was straight 30W engine oil. My research indicates that this product can be used in my old engines with no problems anticipated. I have noted that some sources, other than the oil’s manufacturer, recommend that this product be mixed at a slightly richer ratio just to ensure that no damage will occur but those same sources said do not mix this product at a 16:1 ratio. The recommended mix rate varied depending upon the original mix ratio specified by the original equipment manufacturer. The ratio suggested varied from 36:1 up to 42:1 but it also indicated that if you are getting a lot of oil smoke in the exhaust, that the ratio should be leaned out somewhat. Otherwise, the user could expect to experience a fouled plug and excess carbon deposits in the combustion chamber. I look forward to using this product this spring in my old equipment and my new equipment. I will need to purchase two new gasoline containers, one for the new equipment and the recommended standard 50:1 mix ratio and one for my older equipment and an as yet undecided mix ratio. I will be purchasing one-gallon air-tight fuel containers to keep the mixed fuel to a minimum to prevent degradation during storage. Special Note: Each bottle of this product is sufficient for mixing into one (1) gallon of “Regular Gasoline” to provide a 50:1 gasoline to oil ratio mix.
