I bought these because I had some mild tendonitis in my wrist after my son was born. These gave me a ton of support without restricting my movement. 2 years later, and I won’t workout without them. I love the support they give while also allowing my normal range of motion. They are Velcro and nylon so really easy to adjust if you need more or less support depending on the exercise. I will say, make sure you wash them often because they hold sweat and start to stink. After about year or so, I have noticed the Velcro does lose its “stickiness”. But at the low price compared to other products and the comfort, I’m be willing to just replace them time after time (and I have!).

My daughter has been doing years of cheer, a whole lot of tumbling and flips. Shes been having pain on her wrist and this help a lot and her hands arnt in pain after practice and the best thing she can use them during her comps

It’s pretty good for relieving some of the discomfort related to carpal tunnel or wrist strain. However, I have used a different brand that works better than this exact brand of wrist brace. The other brand I’m referring to helps both wrist and thumb discomfort or tenderness. It can be used ifir either your right or left hands.

If you really want all black with no logo no worries. It comes right off with some alcohol. I drank three beers and scratched it right off with my thumbnail.

I'm not going to give a full review yet as im not sure how i like the wrist braces. You can wrap your wrists 2 ways one for support and another for no movement. Im not weight lifting with mine. I bought them for my wrist support and to stabilize my wrist from pain. Watch and don't over do how tight you put them are you could cut off the blood flow very easy. I also right a ebike and my palms hurt after 15 minutes riding and right now they seem to help with that pain as well. I'd say good deal for the price .

I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and my wrists hurt during flareups. These are great to wear playing golf or working around the house. They’re not heavy, with metal insets and yet my weak wrists feel supported. Very happy with this purchase.
