A definite lifesaver for flea emergencies!
My little dog Korra was suddenly covered in fleas and I needed a quick solution. She has never had this big of a flea problem before so I was pretty panicky. Within 30 minutes of giving her a tablet, I could actually see fleas dropping off. I love that it’s an oral treatment, so there’s no messy application or lingering odors. She luckily didn’t have any side effects and it was such a relief to see her stop scratching almost immediately. While this isn’t a long-term preventative, it’s absolutely essential for instant relief. However, I did use this concurrently with a flea prevention spray. So I really do believe both together was key in it helping stop or decrease the flea bites. I now keep a pack on hand just in case we ever run into flea trouble again. I love that it is safe for frequent use where you can give it daily if needed for any infestation problems.

Saved my pup!
I only go out of my way to write reviews for items I feel are extraordinary. This definitely fit the bill.My poor Piper has FAD and had rashes, scratching incessantly, and just plain miserable due to fleas. I felt so hopeless. After many failed shampoos, sprays, remedies I did some research and found these. These helped immediately, instantly within 2 days I saw her feeling and getting better. The itching getting more and more less untill it finally stopped. After so long she finally had relief.I got the 6 pack and gave one a day to rid any eggs and larvae that mightve been lingering. Will definitely buy more and keep them handy.Piper is a rescue, medium mix dog about 40 lbs.

MAKES IT WORSE, PLEASE DON’T BUY!
I rarely ever write reviews (this is my 2nd one), however I feel like people should be warned when it comes to their pets. I wish I could give this one -100! For starters, it is NOT the same as Capstar, like I wrongly assumed & someone mentioned below. It’s not even a dupe, because at least that one actually works, and my dogs only have to take it once a week. My poor dogs are scratching & itching even WORSE than before I gave it to them. It’s as if they jumped in a pool of fleas or something, that’s how bad they’re scratching, itching, biting, and even whimpering now. I feel so bad for buying this and giving it to them. This is one item where the negative reviews are legit and definitely a warning. DON’T get this, it’s worth it to pay a little extra for Capstar or a better short term alternative, which is what I ended up doing because my poor dogs are too miserable to even eat now.The only reason I’m having to give them this is to hold them over short-term while I am waiting on the monthly prescription flea meds from the vet to arrive. My dogs were annoyed with the itching here & there before taking this, however now they’re just miserable afterwards. Instead of it working in 30 minutes, they’re intensely itching every 30 minutes or less for the entire day. I’ve never seen them respond to fleas like this at all until taking this. DO NOT BUY!!!

Kinda Works
So this product kind of works. I have french bulldogs and we have a major flea infestation. I have done everything you are supposed to but they keep coming back. Anyways, I gave my dogs these to start the defleaing. In about 30 minutes I saw gazillions of fleas jumping off the dogs. Great you'd think ....except they don't die! They just jump off the dog into the dirt and then once the medicine wears off ... Less than 24 hours the fleas jump right back on. Super frustrating. ..I recommend giving these to your dog, placing them outside for 30 minutes until it starts to work. Then give your dog a very thorough bath in dawn soap to kill the bastards. The combination of the pill and bath causes all the fleas to come to the surface in utter chaos. Once that's done spray your dog with some tree tea oil .....fleas hate it. Then put your dog in a crate after vacuuming and spraying for fleas around their crate. Then wash everything and I mean everything. Spray for fleas outside. Spray non toxic flea stuff inside. Next day put monthly flea drops on dog or continue a daily tree tea oil routine to keep the fleas off the dog. Vacuum every day for two weeks, emptying the bag every day and maybe just maybe you can get rid of these bugs sent directly from hell in my opinion. In a nutshell, this pill is a good jump start to defleaing but not really helpful as the fleas jump off and back on if you don't do a bunch of other steps after giving it to your dog. It's good to cause the fleas to release from your dog's fur allowing a bath to be more effective in drowning and killing the lil demons. Oh and spray flea killer down your bath drain once you are done with bath, as the demon fleas somehow crawl back out the drain after an hour .....they are seriously evil bugs.

This kills fleas quickly , but is not a monthly or long lasting answer.
This works. It isn't quite as fast as the more expensive brand name, but it will work. I have cats and weight out portions of the large dog size for dose because the ingredients are the same. It save me a lot of money for a little trouble. It must be bitter, so I mix the dose with some Delectable brand cat treat and mix it in. Dosing one cat at a time. Goes medium fast. You will start to see groggy fleas falling off with a hour. They will die, but it is not an instantaneous process. Spray your house at the same time and then redose in a few days. This is not a medicine that lasts. It's gone in 24 hours and yes, your pet can be re infested after that time. That why all pets must be done the same day and anywhere the pet sleeps or walks or hangs out in must be treated for fleas. Breaking the chain is the bane if the game. Respray areas when you retreat the animals.
