Great all round knife. Unbelievable for the price.
As good as any mid priced folder. Quality as good as cold steel. With the handle shape and glass breaker can be used as a striking weapon even closed. Opens easily added a drop of oil to the pivot. Good handle weight without being too heavy. Came sharp, not super sharp but about five strokes on a ceramic rod and it was scary sharp , able to shave arm hair. I can't believe I only paid 8 bucks for this. Bought two more for a total of four. I have a big knife collection and carry one or two daily. This will be carried often. Some knife snobs might not like it but I rate my knives on their abilities. This is a keeper!

A knife-that’s a knife
What customers should be aware of is how sharp it is when you open it. This knife is like razor sharp. The flip open is very easy to work. It is just as fast as an automatic and the blade is more secure in the open position. This knife can be used to whittle while just killing time. I borrowed a knife that cost 300 bucks to sharpen a pencil and that was a surprise, didn’t work, the angle on the edge was wrong, just looks nice. For the cost of a hamburger, how can you beat that .It’s sharp, study, well made and fits my big hand just fine. Highly recommend for sure 👍👍

Heavy, solid flip knife
Heavy!... Solid knife ...good flip action and closes easy....not a knife to carry all day in your pocket or on your pants....but worth the money for anything else....Crazy sharp.... careful it's razor like!...I like it!

Worth the price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this knife for the price. I own some M-Tech knives and like them. They are decent quality knives for a good price. Design:I ordered the gun metal version, figuring I'd probably put this knife thrift the wringer. Any dings wouldn't be as noticeable. It clips into three pocket nice and doesn't get in the way. The spring assist works well. Functionality:It works well enough that I carry it often. It is good enough to every day carry.

Decent Knife, Hard to Open
This is a decent knife and comes with a sharp enough edge and the blade looks cool with the little open channel in it.It is really hard to open with the finger flick tab. The tab is a little small and the action too tight. It hurts my finger when I do it hard enough to actually open all the way. This makes it a little less useful, but it was crazy inexpensive. On balance if you know it may be a two handed opener, and you don't mind that, it is a nice knife.

Great knife and great quality
Excellent knife especially for the price. I got this as a “do everything” tool for garage/household. In that respect, it is fantastic. It’s built very well and no part of this knife is flimsy. The action is a little stiff that get better, but not by much so your finger will do a lot of the work. Blade seems to hold edge sufficiently and considering what I’ve used it to cut, it’s probably done better than most. It is very heavy though. You certainly know that you’re holding it so don’t intend for it to be sliding around anywhere because it’s like a little brick. I like that- but just a heads up. So for price and build quality definitely five stars.

Nice EDC knife, daily use without any issues
I'm impressed with the M-Tech knives. Nice quality construction and they come fairly sharp out of the box. The spring assist is nice and the blade is a good length. Easy to use and flick open, closing is nice and smooth. Opens up quickly and cuts nicely. Joint is not stiff, super functional knife for EDC.

Very Solid and Functional For The Price
It'd be awesome to see new blade and scale finishes for this model. These are heavier than expected, which is a good thing, in my opinion. Very simple design, and sturdy for this price. Probably one of the best knives I've ever had for $8. I bought two, and one had a slight issue with the lock spring not positioning correctly under the blade, which made it difficult to always lock the blade in the out position went deploying it.If you need to make adjustments to this, or to the tension of the blade, you can very slightly loosen the 2.5mm hex screw shown in the photo. This will help if it's too difficult to flip the blade outward, as I've read people have a problem with in other reviews. Loosening the screw very slightly and/or wiggling the blade upward should give the lock spring a little more room to fit under the blade when deploying it, which should allow the blade to lock properly every time. You shouldn't need to remove the screw and pin completely unless the above adjustments don't work in solving a locking issue.
