THE BEST TRAVEL PILLOW IVE EVER USED!!! It supports your neck so you can sleep upright. But also lean to side if you want. It’s super soft and memory foam. For years I used the TRTL pillow, but it eventually broke bc it’s just plastic.. additionally the trtl pillow isn’t necessarily comfy, due to being plastic. The ostrich pillow is just as supportive, if not more so, and ridiculously comfy. We are going to Italy this year and was reallly wanting a travel pillow that I would be okay with for 13 hours. It’s absolutely worth the money. It fits nicely in the travel bag it comes with, has a clip to carry on our bag. Love love love this pillow. Absolute most buy!!! Stop trying to buy the cheapest option and get a quality pillow that will last you a long time. If you travel a lot like me, this is a non negotiable.

This pillow is a must for traveling. The thickness and quality are great while the design makes it comfortable and very functional. This pillow holds your head up regardless of looking forward or turning your head to the side. It does come up a little high around the face but is soft and wearable and keeps your mouth from hanging open if you fall asleep! Such a bonus. lol. I like that the cover zips off to wash and it compacts neatly and easily into a small carrying bag. Superior to any travel pillow I have tried.

This bit unconventional neck pillow will take a few tries to get the hang of what feels right but it’s worth the effort. It offers solid neck support and as a side benefit, a warm comfort since it’s often cool in an airplane cabin. This is a sizable, sturdy pillow but one is able with some effort to fold it back into it’s travel pouch

I have issues with neck vertabre and have just managed to get the pain under control after a long 9 months. I just returned from a trip where I flew a total of 23 hours. I've tried 3 other types of neck pillows and thrown them all away after 1 attempt. I decided to try one more time and this one was different, so I bought it. Just used it for the first time on a 9 hour flight (sadly in coach) and it was MAGIC. NO PAIN at all! I was dreading this flight because I was so afraid of my impending neck pain and there was none. The best I ever slept in a coach seat! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this is. It rolls up small and fits in the included carry bag that has a clip that easily connected to my back pack or purse. I love that the cover is washable.

First of all, I wanted to love this pillow. It came highly rated from multiple sources.I bought this for 9+ hour red-eye flights between the West Coast and London.Here are my observations:- Very awkward while in the storage bag. Because of its bulk, I had to tie it onto the outside of my messenger bag and it got caught on all kinds of things while moving thru the airport/onto the plane.- The pillow fits poorly & does not stay in place.- The pillow gets unpleasantly warm quite quickly (the foam holds heat).+ Cover fabric is very soft.When leaning my head towards the higher side of the pillow (as shown in the product video), it just slides over and tilts with the weight of my head, causing an uncomfortable position and unpleasant pressure against the opposite side of my neck.When leaning towards the low side of the pillow it didn’t slide/tip, but my face felt smooshed upwards and the pillow forced my earring to dig into my head.I have not yet found a way to get the pillow snug enough to stay in place without feeling like I am being smothered by the wrap portion that extends up above my chin.After trying to get this pillow positioned for over an hour, all I got was frustration & neck pain. I got zero sleep on the flight.All in all, this pillow was frustrating to use and completely underwhelmed me. If I hadn’t missed the return window. I would definitely send it back. Instead I’m out $60 and am stuck with a pillow I can’t use.

I travel every week for work and had a few long haul trips (>6 hours) with one overnight. I bought this pillow and it was better than cheaper versions of the same thing as far as softness and qualityOn the plane is where things were less than stellar. I could not find a position with the pillow where I felt comfortable. It felt tight around my neck and there was not really a good angle to sleep. Maybe for a smaller person this would be more comfortable.I can’t justify the cost of this pillow for the lack of comfort that I experienced

The "C-shaped" pillows never worked for me. The memory foam, customized fit, neck support, and secure closure on this pillow gave me the best night of sleep I've had on an overnight flight. The only caveat is it's still awkward to haul with you if you're staying in different places every night on your travels.

I really like the concept and comfort of the Ostrich neck pillow; however, I experienced an issue right away. The hook/carabiner that came with the pillow was defective, and I lost the pillow on my first day while at the airport terminal.I would strongly recommend using a sturdier, higher quality carabiner in future designs to prevent this kind of issue. Hopefully, the manufacturer can send a replacement, as I do believe in the product itself.Thanks for your attention to this!
