Great for our needs
This is the second kind of Bucket Boss pouch I have ordered and will not be the last. Me and my boy just put up a deck for my wife and he used one and I used the other. I should have took some photos. They work great.

Too small to be a serious tool
I'm impressed and disappointed at the same time. The Velcro flap is a FABULOUS idea. It removes in seconds and works with any belt. I can attach it to the riveted cross member or folding brace of my new ladder that does not have a shelf. (When did they stop putting shelves on ladders? Where do you put the paint can?) The price and quality are great but it doesn't hold full sized tools. I have 2 different Bucket Boss pouches. One I use to hold pencils and my safety glasses for my shop class. This one I haven't found a good use for other than holding my tape measure and a pencil. This is ideal for a homeowner who already has an all in one tool kit with the small tools in it. Regular sized tools will fall out of this pouch. I have some very small pliers and cheap screwdrivers I put in it but full size will just tip over. It does hold my tape measure and painters tape at the perfect height. Good for use on something like a ladder when installing a smoke alarm. It is well made but just too small for serious or constant work. I hope Bucket Boss comes out with a FULL SIZE version of this pouch for the budget conscious homeowner. I often help people with painting, drywall or roofing. I see myself buying several of these for projects at friends' homes and leaving the pouch behind as a gift.

Very practical, compact and excellent quality. Fits more tools than I anticipated.
Great price, excellent quality. Not sure why I didn't get one of these sooner for my home. Allows me to fit most tools that I need why doing tasks around the house. Not very practical if you want to fit a bigger hammer, it will keep hitting my knee, but I can live with that, since I am not using the hammer that often. It saves me so much time from getting up and walking to get additional tools.Very easy to put it on and off. I first thought I had to embedded with my belt or something.I highly recommend this product! If my review helped you, could you please click "helpful" button below. Thank you!

A handy tool in it own right
As a delivery driver, I have a few tools and other items that used to be never where I needed them. Instead of with me, they were in the cab of the truck or in the tool bag or in a pocket.I needed to get them all in one place so I could avoid wasting time and have everything from strapping tape, to power screwdriver to tape measure, to a utility knife at hand all the time. This pouch solves the problem handily. I just started using it and it's already made the job a lot easier. Also, I don't wear a belt but use suspenders instead. The tuck flap makes it so that it stays in place tucked in my front pocket just as well as having it on a belt.*Update*The flap seems to be too short to support the pouch if not connected on a belt. It pulls out of a pocket or the side of jeans apparently for lack of sufficient support.I have a workaround using a hook clip over the flap and jeans material. That seems to provide enough extra support to prevent it from pulling over the side.

This one is "Mama Bear" Sized - i.e. "Just Right"
I just ordered my second one!Tried the "blue" one and it's too small to be really useful. Not bad but it's "baby bear" size. I was always going to have to carry more tools in my pockets. (Ooops! Sorry. It was BLACK - - by DeWalt. Excellent quality - but too small.)Don't want any of the pouches that are big enough to hold a small car either.Just want my essentials - and this one holds them all. In fact, it would hold MORE - - if I wanted to carry more stuff around with me. It's kind of nice knowing I could add a few more things for temporary use.

A good option for the person who always needs tools handy and together - but not a full tool belt.
I'm a general contractor, and this is my go-to pouch for my "daily kit." I always have my razor knife, pencil, note pad, and tape measure on it. I usually also have my multi-tool and head lamp in the big pocket, too. I love the tape measure holder, and I like that it's got the hook-and-loop flap that lets me put it on my belt without taking my belt off, and lets me take it off when it's one of those days where I'm in-and-out of the truck a lot. I'm positive this would work well for most DIY workers, and pros who do small jobs.
