Love it!
It’s an awesome tool once you get used to it. Just clip one end of the shoulder strap to the tool and loop the other end around the extendable shaft. When you’re resting you can keep the tool in an upright position by letting the handles rest against your thighs. Wouldn’t call it supper-light, but it is light considering its size and capabilities.

Stopped working after a few days
This pruner did not work for me. At first it worked OK, even though it was a little awkward to get into position to prune a branch because of the length and the weight. Then the black knob on the side fell off. I found it and put it back on and the pruner still worked. Then I shortened the length, and after that when the handle was moved the blade would not move. So I returned the pruner. The build quality seemed good, the blade and the pole were sturdy. But the mechanism to move the blade was temperamental.

GREAT PRODUCT !!!
I love this lopper. It is well made and has come in very handy. Barnel, keep up the good work. It has been a long time since I have found a product this well made. It has no problem cutting through anything you can get the cutter around. In my opinion buying this is money well spent.

Faulty
Something internal broke on third day of use. Great idea, faulty design. Waiting to see if I get a refund...

Duct Tape required
The clipper is effective and safe. Works well on larger limbs. It's much easier reaching 12 ft. up into an apple tree for trimming than having to drag a ladder on snow covered ground. However, the bolt to tighten the swivel mechanism to pivot the cutting head would not make a secure fit. $100+ for a clipper shouldn't require duct tape from day one to operate.

Great--but almost too heavy for me.
These are great loppers, no doubt about it. But they're heavy--and a bit awkward. Still, they are a reliable part of my garden arsenal--half acre of fairly high maintenance joy.
