I can't say enough about how great this upright is.
Due to several spinal surgeries, hip/groin issues etc I was in need of a good rollator. I originally had the short version rollator which did help me get around but put additional stress on my wrists causing them to burn and throb. I had also noticed due to stooping over, my back would ache reducing my stamina. Then, I found the upright walker! WOW, what a God send. This device helps you to stand up straight. With the cushioned arm rest, you take that pressure completely off of your wrists. The unit helps you walk and equalize your weight just as your body would without an assisted device.I am more than thrilled with this upright walker! It's like when you were a kid and swore your new sneakers could make you run faster. This unit moves around really easily. It's lightweight. Easy to put together. Very sturdy. And well worth the money. In my opinion, these upright walkers should be the ONLY walker/rollator recommended for those in need of an assisted device. And should also be covered by Medicare. Those cheap silver ones they give you in the hospital are a complete joke compared to this. No need for tennis balls on this one. Plus, you'd think insurance would want you to have the safest product available. One, you have dual breaks which keeps the device from lurching forward. Two, you have a built-in seat in case you get fatigued or if you're waiting in a long line. Three, there is an area to strap a cane. Four, a very roomy bag to store any necessity. Five, it's basically the same width, so no need to go around measuring to see if it will fit or not. FYI: I live in a small apartment and can easily maneuver around even in the smaller doorways. Six, this folds really easily. Plus, you can break it down/fold even further for putting in your car.I recently brought this with me on a trip to Disney World. I had many people asking what it was and where could they get one. This device made strolling the park a real breeze. My friends even commented on how comfortable it was when I needed to switch over to a scooter due to a leg injury that I incurred while away. They seemed to enjoy it just as much as I do, remarking that it really did make walking a lot easily. And these are folks without mobility problems. If it wasn't for this upright walker helping me get around, my entire vacation would have been a bust. It helped me to keep the weight off my leg but gave me the independence I needed. The upright walker/rollator will give you back your independence. You will notice that you have more stamina and are ready to get going. It just smoothly glides around. Leaving you with sheer confidence as you hold your head up high. So, what are you waiting for? Stop the slouching. Buy it and see how much more confident, independent and comfortable you will feel.

I’m walking much straighter.
Received and started using yesterday. Instructions could have been clearer for adjusting height and arm rest. I raised it again today and am walking much straighter. Will take my body time to walk taller but I think it will help a lot. I am 82 and have used a regular walker for over 10 years. I stoop way too much and am hoping this walker will make and help me to walk taller. It is easy to maneuver and sturdy for me. Experiment with fit. I’m sure it will help most people. My husband and daughter think it is very well built. I bought it for outside but will practice inside first. Brakes are easy to use and work well. Will add more after I use it a while.Sept 4, 2019 update, it’s been a really hot summer so I e kept this walker inside where it gets lots of use. It is so easy to use but do have to allow a little more room for manuvering. I tried it outside and it worker very well but I do not like having to clean the wheels before returning inside so use an old walker outside to get to the car and back. I tried the seat and it worked well. However, I use the seat to carry stuff and works great. I do recommend this walker. Big tip is to open up your living spaces so you can get around easier. I may get a second walker for outside when the weather cools off. It would be well worth the money. Everything works as it should on my walker. I am very happy with it. It’s so much better to walk upright than hunched over. It is a great help in maintaining my independence at age 82+.

Decent product with a few flaws
I purchased the upright walker because I was having hip surgery. I knew that I wouldn't do well with a traditional walker since I have some low back issues also and couldn't handle being hunched over. I purchased it early so I would have time to practice with it. I received the product fairly quickly considering the covid-19 pandemic restrictions. There was a small hole in the box and one of the small hardware pieces that were loose in the box was partially out of the opening. The walker came partially assembled in several sections. The instructions were TERRIBLE! They were printed on a small trifold card with small thumbnail photos. The directions were extremely vague. I spent a lot of time putting it together by trial and error. With better directions or better pictures it would have been rather simple. There were a couple spots where the welds were off a little and made it hard to fit together. The one brake doesn't actually touch the wheel in the "park" mode so I will need to try to adjust that. The included carrier bag itself is constructed fairly well, however, the velcro straps that hold the bottom do not keep the bag from tipping forward and falling off the framework so I will need to add some other type of fastener. The walker rolls and turns smoothly. The larger front wheels are a plus. The base is rather wide so it needs a clear path for turning. It is fairly easy to fold but it is not very compact. It fits easily in my van and would probably fit standing up on the floor of a sedan backseat. I am relatively healthy and strong so all those things aside, I think it will meet my needs but it might be too much machine for someone who is very frail or has balance issues. It would be nice if this would come with a link for video assembly instructions and tips for use.

I found it dangerous
I was so pleased to see this Walker it looked just the job. I found it to be quite unstable I kept hitting the back wheel with my foot .when walking on a drop curb it would lean and as it is quite heavy it was hard to control. Our pavements are no better than our roads and had to return home after a short white to get my old Walker. I am sorry because I thought it looked just what I needed
