i really like this computer. it came in great condition even though i ordered good so im not complaining. it instantly linked with all of my devices including wi-fi and it does everything it’s supposed to do, i can run the SIMSSSSSS on it which is suprising bc i was skeptical due the reviews on this product. moral of the story is it’s a great computer actually a mac and very useful and functional, the charger works, it can hold a charge & it stays alive for a while. i would buy again.

I got this refurbished. I have had multiple problems since I got this. The keys are not working properly. The touch screen is not working. Then the battery is not staying charged. I work at a school and I purchased this so I could stop using my school district issued chrome book. It is sad for me to say that the school district issued chrome book is working better than this is. I also purchased a protection plan and they are refusing to fix this under the warranty. They are telling me that if I want them to fix it that I will need to pay for it and it will cost at least $400. I did not even spend $400 for the thing to begin with so I refuse to spend at least that amount to get it fixed. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have not heard back. The address they gave is a bogus address in Texas. Then I looked online and there is no phone number that I can find. I finally told them that if I do not hear back within a certain time frame that I am going to my bank to file a fraud complaint. Then file a complaint with consumer protection. I feel scammed out of my money.

First off I would like to start with saying I am beyond pleased, I ordered this computer and read the reviews after the fact and got a little worried, there were a lot of bad reviews I saw and I didn’t know if I should’ve belived them because I have ordered a couple of renewed Apple products off of Amazon before and had no issues. Here is my experience: (I ordered excellent condition for $299) when I got it came bubble wrapped, with a charger and with a “case” (a computer sticker skin). I didn’t need to plug it in it was already charged and I turned it on and set it up, I did run into a problem accepting the terms of service, you have to go back and press set up I cloud later in order to accept the terms, I added my I cloud after the fact, I texted people and FaceTimed time to make sure it worked and it did (sound and camera quality is great) , everything on my phone transferred over immediately contacts, photos, Apple Music, recent messages everything! I didn’t know you couldn’t download apps like Netflix and YouTube, you have to search up the website online sign into it and then set it up as a shortcut and as you can see in my last picture I have everything added into my bar and I turned the computer off and back on to make sure it didn’t sign me out,so far I’ve had no issues with battery drainage it has been open for a long time and barely went down, I also switched over the default browser to chrome to make it easier to use for school you can download that online as well, the only thing wrong with it to my knowledge is the tiny tiny dot on the screen (second pic) it turns black when it’s on and white when it’s turning off and I really don’t care about it I paid $300 and these computers go for over $1000 so I could really care less, overall I love this so much and I’m glad I bought it, it is an amazing deal and really recommend it for anyone wanting one

The media could not be loaded. Yes very good purchase for $200!! My computer took a crap on me and screen went out! I needed a computer for my business and this came right on time the very next day! Took half of the day to update but I’m an Apple user so I know how that goes lol! I am very very very happy! Thank you! No scratches or dents! Works great with my WiFi! Battery isn’t great but I work from home anyways so no big deal for me! And I am very happy for how much money I paid for it! The value and condition of this for $200 is great!!

The computer works pretty well! It’s nice to look at and there are no issues with the screen or anything. However, it came un-updated so I had to figure out how to do it, but once you get it done, it’s good. Mine came with a battery issue that’s affecting its battery performance. I feel like the battery could’ve been replaced! The cost of getting it fixed professionally is over $200 too. Another thing as well is the year of the computer. The year is misleading. I originally thought I was getting a 2017, when I received a 2015.

The media could not be loaded. If I could give zero stars I would. I just received my device not even a full 30 minutes ago. I opened up the box powered it up and the screen isn’t working. I contact customer support get a runaround about fixes that clearly is not gonna work such as turning the freaking volume up and down or the brightness up and down when it’s clear that the screen isn’t damaged if you guys are going to send people devices that are advertised as renewed refurbished and in working condition, then you guys should take the necessary steps to make sure that they are indeed in working condition after I get off the phone with customer support. I turned over my laptop, and I see that the digitizer to the screen is not even connected completely and it’s damaged so now I have to go all the way to Staples. Take it back. Do the refund process just to order another laptop and I needed it today.

obviously since it’s refurbished mine came with very little scratches on the bottom and a tiny mark on the scene. the battery works decently and my keys all work well! i think it just depends on what kind of laptop you get. mine came with a sticker kind of case but i just peeled it off because it felt weird. but you can request a return if you get a bad one. but i’m satisfied with my purchase!!! ♥️♥️ it’s a little outdated so the settings look different but it connects to my phone and lets me do my schoolwork and other things. the camera quality is decent but pretty good still. it doesn’t get too warm even if i use it for a few hours. the battery lasts about 4-5 hours for me. the only thing is the plug in for the battery is a bit big but other than that i love it!
