The media could not be loaded. I've been using lure essentials cup and products for quite a while and I enjoy them very much. Decided I was going to get the discovery set as a way to introduce cupping to one of my colleagues that I work with I also got a set for myself just to see what was in it. These cups are great the suction is strong and each version of the cup it's a good way to introduce different types of cupping as well as the fascial massager as a nice tool to use on yourself at home if you're just starting to learn about cupping and it's benefits this is a great pack to start with.

These cups are much better than the Edge cups. They are much easier to move and give more consistent suction.I use these for my shoulders. I was in a car accident over a decade ago, and my chronic pain had become so severe I began Physical Therapy. One of the therapists, who does soft tissue work for me, did cupping and it helped my pain a lot. She suggested I get some cups and use them on myself at home.I previously ordered the Edge by Lure (orange label, blue cups), but I didn't get very good results with those. However, these are amazing and I'm so glad I ordered these!I do not cup the same area until the marks are completely faded, which usually takes me about 2-3 days at most. If it gets to be too sore while I'm cupping I also reduce the suction for that area. Just do what is comfortable for yourself. It shouldn't be so painful you can't stand it.

I really liked the packaging it came in. It was sealed in a “snack bag” with individually wrapped sets of cups. It was a nice presentation.I like the way they feel and they aren’t too rough on your skin. The material is nice and flexible! I use them on my calf’s for nerve pain. The only reason I didn’t give these a 5 is because you can only leave them untouched for about 2 min then they pop off on their own. So if your goal is to leave them for 15 min like they suggest, you may have to keep reapplying. But otherwise they are a great beginner set to try!!

Love, love, love my Lure Cups. I now own 3 sets- 2 of these and 1 of the 10 piece Ionic Energy Cups. I will probably get one more set of these for home so I don't have to cart them back and forth. Or worry about my kids or hubby stealing them! :) These Lure cups are perfect for moving, flash and stationary Cupping. I love the size and the easy of application. I am a LMT with Cupping Training (via Ace Medicupping). I have the pump with plastic cups, Cupping machine with cups (both glass and hard plastic) and the Edge Soma Cups. I love these the most as they are the easiest, quickest and super easy to clean. The PDF is such an upgrade and the YouTube videos will help the layperson and professional. This company obviously cares. How often do you find that these days!? Oh and to really make them really delicious, I just sit them on a heating pad or heat them in my steamer to add another level of relaxation. Better than hot stones!!

Wow!!! I don’t often get reviews, however, I feel I have to review this item! I suffer from chronic pain and cupping from professionals has helped in the past, I’ll be it it is so expensive! This section cupping is amazing! My husband in my back the other day and it really got to my triggerpoints! Right now I’m doing my calves all by myself! I so, SO HIGHLY recommend this product! I feel it is SO safe yet so therapeutic! And believe me, as a chronic pain suffer, I am not quick to give my recommendation!!! Thank you SO much for this product!!! I was paying over $100/session for fire cupping and this has been equally as effective & FAR more affordable & efficient! The website has videos to help too, if you’re nervous (as I was!!)!!!

Thick and very good quality. Feels amazing after a run sitting down with oil and running them through my thighs.
