Q: What is the amp draw at startup and run per fan?

I believe start up amperage is 65-70 amps. Continuous run amperage is 10-15 amps.

Q: What cfm are the fans?

Double check the CFM you need for your project. For this one, both fans will generate @1114 CFM per fan. If you use the resistor on the left side fan it will generate @1007 CFM. Was in the Q&A section.

Q: Whats the dimensions on this fan? - I would like to use it on another model radiator core that is about 24" x 16"

it is 15 7/8 tall. 24 1/4 wide to shroud edges, 27 1/2 wide to outside mounting tab edges

Q: I bought the connectors recommended for the fans and it fits the resister fine but does not fit the into the fan motors very well. Wrong connector?

I only bought the resistor connection. For the fan motors, I just ran the wires to the male blades with female ends on the wires. Sorry I cannot help about those connections.
