I take 2 in the morning about 3 hours after I wake up. I have a very minimal appetite, I don't crave sugar or carbs what's so ever. I've been in them for 2 weeks today and have lost 14 lbs!

It is noticable after you take it, but yóu must be active
I hate the form of the pill, nasty ol capsule. If you aren't active you won't see much effect

Product is good, been using it for years but they sent me old stock and it doesn’t work.
I have been using “get into keto” for years and it is great. This last order is not working. It is a few months away from expiration. The bottle I ordered a year ago has a date 8 months later than this last one. Find a better supplier.

It worked wonders for me!

I've taken these for a week now,& my tests I take daily say NO ketones in my system. I don't see how that's possible

Great keto pill even if your not on keto.
The absolute best keto pill out there. I do not even have to stay on keto and this curbs my cravings big time. I have been using this brand and pill for many years now. The bottle used to look different so I was worried it was not the same but it is and its great!
