As a Type 1 Diabetic I'm always searching for things I can eat within the realm of my diet. This is one of those things!!! It's so good. I use it on keto pancakes, allowing me to have this popular breakfast with no problems. Don't discount sugar free, keto foods. With people eating healthier these businesses have really done well to give us great flavor.

After avoiding wheat based pancakes fro several years to avoid raising my blood sugar unnecessarily, I found some wheat-free pancakes to try (covered in a separate review). But I needed to find a syrup to complement the pancakes. I decided to give the Walden Farms Calorie Free pancake syrup a try.The syrup has a great maple flavor. I would describe the flavor as consistent with an average grade syrup made from real maple trees. Sadly, it doesn't measure up to the flavor of a top quality real maple syrup. But it is probably about as good as I would ever expect to have in a zero calorie syrup.As for consistency, it is about as thin as a hot maple syrup, even at room temperature. You aren't going to fool any spouses or friends into thinking that it is real maple syrup. But you will be able to eat it with your wheat-free pancakes and treat your mouth to great flavors, while fooling your body into a stable blood sugar. Bon appetit!

Love the taste. Can’t tell it’s 0 sugar and it’s less than 1 carb. Yes it’s a little runny but well worth it. My husband who didn’t like the regular sugary maple syrup said he really liked this one. If you’re Keto this is the best brand I have tried that doesn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. Loved it so much I bought the other flavors and have yet to be disappointed.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this delicious keto-friendly syrup for four years and never had a problem receiving broken glass bottles. It seems that this has become a more common issue based on the number of photos of broken bottles. Then to add to the disappointment, THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AVAILABLE FROM THIS SELLER. We will not buy this product from this seller again.

Excellent consistency and taste.

Flavor was good and carb content great but syrup was very thin. I thickened it by heating it in a small pan and adding a little xantham gum.

Product arrived intact, wrapped with a large amount of bubble wrap.
