I get buzzed on only a small cup of regular coffee which is NOT a pleasant experience. years ago I was using Guarana and worked great for (light lift) of energy and focus so was looking for something similar and I found this. This checks all the boxes for me. On 1 cap light lift of mood, helps me focus and keeps me on track I take it when I get up and again in afternoon 2-3pm when needed.I'm chemically sensitive and my body has NO complaints. Recommend highly!

I have never had good luck with Ginseng. I've relied over the years on increasing my caffeine dosages. It got to a point where caffeine in any form wasn't giving me the energy boost I had been accustomed to. I will say that I am not a fan of proprietary blends. That said, the types of ingredients and then the "oxygen" blend was very appealing to me. It was a combination that was unique and one I had not even come close to trying in any combined form in the past. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes about an hour for me to feel the effects, so it’s best if I take it right when I get up. It still helps a TON; grabbing a bottle for a friend to try!

I have been taking this product, off and on, for many years maybe 30 + years. ( I am now 70 +) I picked up my first bottle in the grocery store and was pleasantly surprised with how good I felt when I took it. I had more energy and and focus, I just felt good. I don't take it every day but find when I do, I definitely feel the difference. It does not make me jittery and I have not noticed any side effects over the years. It still works and I recommend this product to anyone who needs a little lift.

Product gave me super high blood pressure 177/110. I took 1 pill for 3 days. It took 4 days before it came back down to my normal BP.Be very careful with this product! I wish I looked up the ingredients but I went off of reviews.
