Reliable, Durable, Consistent
I've been using Fireball bearings for years now. I'll switch between these and Zealous depending on the deal. I love Fireball built-ins. On my bracket setup, I stepped up to some 90mm wheels from 85mm and threw in these bearings because I'd rather keep a spare set of wheels ready to roll. Once again, these have been great right out of the box. Took my rig out yesterday for a short ride and they were smooth and fast. I dig the company and their products and definitely will continue to purchase these bearings in particular. Ten years of using Fireball and they remain one of my favorites.

So far So GOOD!
I bought the Ceramic set x2 to fit into my quad skates. I previously bought a set of "Two-Lions" ceramic. the first 16 were great that i bought a 2nd set, but those ended up being trash - i kept having to clean them once every two weeks, and a few bearings were bad from the getgo.decided to just buy a different brand. I was ultimately going to get Swiss ceramics, but decided to try out these dragon bearings before forking out the heavy $$$ for Swiss.I'm glad i did! so far 2 weeks in, it's been handling just fine. These ceramics definitely have tighter tolerances than your cheap-noname-ceramics. And it came lubed! i cracked one open to inspect and defintely there's some oil and these were black ceramic balls. After breaking them in after a few hours, they run real real smooth - much smoother than the two-lions... and feel like gliding on glass.I went with ceramics cuz i like to roll around the rink without heavy pushes. After getting some speed, i'm able to roll around the rink without further pushes like maybe 2 time - love it!Hoping these will hold up the test of time. Will update as these get more use.

Super convenient.
If you're a downhill long boarder, a high impact skater, or you change wheels at the park. These are really good for any of those situations. The built in spacers are MUCH more heavy duty and precise than any third party spacer you'll ever get. But the best thing about them is not having to deal with all the fiddly bits if you change your wheels out very often. As far as rolling goes, I'd say they're comparable to just about every other bearing in their price range, only they have a slightly more viscous grease, rather than a "speed cream", or race oil. Which is really fine for 99% of situations, and really good for any high speeds. Haven't tried clearing the grease, and putting a light oil to them, but I imagine they'd essentially be Bones Reds at that point, in so far as quality of spin, honestly, I really like them as they are, even for just pushing around the park, they have a solid, less squirrelly feel, and a quiet operation. The only bad thing about them is removing them from some wheels, since there's no way to hook the back of the bearing to pry it out. So if you have one of those wheels that REALLY grabs the bearings, they can be tougher to pull out.

Too wide for roller skate wheels, description Rightly states for skate boards and roller blades.
Good price for descent China made bearings. 7 ball steel design. Roll nice and smooth and descently fast. I Purchased to experiment on quad roller skates but, when inner bushings butt together, they are too wide and will allow wheel to push back and forth in hub. Also, they will not allow lock nut to screw on deep enough to catch locking nylon. I measured and ground .045-.05 off each inner face of bushings ( 3//32 .093 or 2.4mm off Total width) and now Lock nuts grab properly and wheels barely slip in hubs. I really like how you can tighten them up without side loading bearing allowing them to spin freely. I left about .010 to make sure inner shafts butt up without pinching bearings. Perhaps seller offers special ones for roller skates, will see.

I’m a beginner and these are great
I don’t know much about skating and I just got into it recently. I have a 8.5” deck that I run some thick risers on and I have the 65mm fireball wheels on there and it’s great! I’m personally not interested in learning tricks (maybe one day), I just like the feeling of cruising around on the board. These bearings are really smooth and easy to install. I didn’t rate durability because I’ve only had them for a bit and I don’t skate too often. I also imagine thy for someone doing tricks they would last less but using my board to ride about 10 mi/week for the last few months I’ve had no issues! I love Fireball products and the stickers they give you. They’re also very well priced compared to similar options. My board (bought online from ccs) came with the oj wheels which are the same hardness as the fireball wheels I got and they both ride similarly, if not, the fireballs feel better. Just my opinion as a newcomer!
