Hi, Thank you for your interest in Fireball. Yes, these will fit Abec 11 97mm Flywheels with any size 608 bearing. The 608 size measures 22mm (outer diameter) x 7mm (width) x 8mm (inner diameter/axle). Please note the term "Abec 11" refers to the brand Abec 11 and not to bearing quality. Yes, these will work for Rollerbones Bearings and skateboard wheels, but please note the axle size and spacer type if using these in roller skates / roller blades.
