Q: Anybody else have issues with one or both not working? I hate to go through all the trouble of returning them, but only one works consistently.

Yes !! They stopped working within a week. Plus it does not stay on at all. I have never had one that falls off many times a day. One stopped working in 5 days...the other one in 8 days. Not happy at all with this purchase
