I use this toothpaste in the morning, especially if I am going to see other people. I remember the Young Living story about why their Thieves E.O. was developed and that is why I am so glad to have found this toothpaste.The actual toothpaste its self has a very slight Thieves taste and is a mostly clear gel rather than a true paste but it still leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean.t

Great flavor & promotes fresh mouth, but I've lost half of it down sink before it could reach my mouth because the paste is more runny than pasty.
