This was their response: "Thanks for messaging us! Unfortunately most people are use to the liquid form however powdered form is a new state in which liposomal vitamin c can also be consumed. A lot of people are confused and have been writing wrong reviews because of this. Liposomal does not mean liquid. It means that the ingredient is surrounded in a layer of fat. We atomize the ingredients with a layer of phospholipids (fat) then we encapsulate the ingredient. It allows for a liposomal without being liquid."
