Mike's got the right answer here. More complete details follow: If you have the physical disk, there are no additional charges, and you have all the games unlocked. If you don't have a physical disk you can download Wii Sports Club from the Nintendo E-Store for free and it gives you 24 hours demo time (realtime, not playing time) with the game. After that, you can purchase a a sport for $9.99 for permanent access, or you can get a day pass for $1.99, like if you just have some friends over and want to play for a day. Bowling, Golf and Tennis are each a separate $9.99, while Boxing and Baseball are combined into a single purchase, so its $39.96 to purchase all the games online. The current $80(!) price for the physical disk is not worth it unless you have no internet, ever.
