This is the most compact container we found that would keep our dog’s medicine cold. Have to syringe it onto her food 2x day from a 3oz plastic bottle. Bought it to keep the medicine cold during regular day trips and for flying to Montana. During our testing it worked fine for 24+ hours. The uniquely custom shaped cold pack is key, otherwise it appears to be an everyday insulated drinking cup.

Excellent! Held injection pens at refriged temperature during 17 hours from USA to Europe (2 flights and layover). No issues while showing to security. Be aware that the large Nomad holds 5 Tymlos pens, which are bigger than some other medication pens.

It is heavier than I expected. I didn't notice that on the page but I'm sure it was there. This is good to know because. I will have to take it with me on the plane. I noticed that it does fit 5 Wegovy pens. Thank you

Kept insulin pens And Mounjaro nice and cold during our travels. All day without the fridge.

We bought this to keep our son's insulin cool while traveling. I would 100% recommend the Nomad insulin travel case cooler. We had no problems getting it though TSA. The temperature of the insulin felt exactly the same as when we put (about 12 hours of travel from home to destination and could easily have done more). We also, put an insulin pen and glucagon in this while at the beach (85 degree F + weather) and in the trunk while traveling and the Nomad insulin cooler kept it all at perfect temp. As long as you have a place to freeze the pack this is a great option. Not sure what we would do if we were staying some where with a freezer...guess buy the next cooler that battery charges.
