I love gold and I love ornate beautiful pieces! I got these for my dining room table and they go perfectly. I am very happy. They are super gold. I tried to take pictures to show the color of the coasters compared to the other gold I have.

I had pretty low expectations for these-- boy, was I wrong! They are gorgeous. A VERY deep gold color, with nice design quality. I had a spot on a coffee table in mind for them, but I keep them on the kitchen counter because I just like to look at them so much. Everyone comments on them. Well worth the price.

These look too fake but I like them!! I thought the platted gold was lighter but it's much darker than I anticipated!!
