Directions say charger is for lead acid batteries, and the website says for agm batteries. need to verify if this unit designed for agm useage?

As long as it is 12V it will work

Is it plugged into a 110 volts or a220 volts AC?

I've never tried it on a 220 outlet and not sure that I would. Works fine on 110. It's a good little product.
