We got this for our father of 88 years. He wouldn't wear hearing aids anymore as the buttons were so small and close together he would turn them on/off and raise/lower volume just trying to put them around his ears. Now he can have the buttons larger and in front of him to turn on/off and raise/lower the volume. The blinking light lets him know if it is on or off or on charge. The charging plug is the same as he uses for his phone. He can keep this around his neck and not lose it - as he has lost hearing aids in stores and at home costing us hundreds of dollars. The smaller size ear buds works best for him. So now he can at least have them around his neck and choose when to put them in his ears or not if he wants to talk or rest. We tried another brand cheaper and it had issues and was returned in 20 days. This works great for him.

This product DOES NOT work. The sound quality is unclear and had lots of static. After receiving a defective product the seller wants you to pay to send it back to them. I would not buy anything else this company makes. If they don’t trust their product enough to guarantee an item they cannot be trusted.

Like the simple operation and easy to use, dislike the short cord and ear buds could little longer going into ear canal.

I don't like the way the cables stick out, I wish they could fix it. The rest of the unit is great, bluetooth is also great. I can run it on the lowest volume and it is like I have no hearing loss. Controls are easy to use.

Not worth the money. Very disappointing The sound quality very poor. And it echoes in your ear.When I used the Bluetooth for music it wasn’t very loud.And to top it all off when returning it. I HAD TO PAY THE SHIPPING. COST ME ALMOST $15.00 TO RETURN IT.

No frequency selection, just amplifies all sound. Ok when listening to phone music..

Much better hearing aid than the expensive ones I have. It simply amplifies the sounds I'm used to when not using hearing aids. Recharges using the same C connection my phone uses. Comes with three different plugs to accommodate different ear canal openings.
