Lovely pan. Perfect size. Good quality

I bought this skillet specifically for cooking on charcoal. It is perfect. I performed the seasoning procedure which resulted in a completely non-stick surface. I would recommend trimmed fat, finely chopped then rendered in the skillet until crispy. Add coarsely cut onion and caramelise. Try that with your steaks or burgers.

Nice little pan don't have it to hot food will stick just the job for steaks.

Value for money, sturdy but easy to use. Cleans easily asking as you follow instructions on care- oil pan No rust despite regular use.much healthier than non stick pans and would recommend this

Works well

I bought this pan to assist in searing meat in preparation for slow cooking. I use it on an induction hob and its good thermal mass and low sticky properties have ensured that it meets my requirements perfectly. It is well made and takes up only limited storage space.

Super quality and finish. Heavy but manageable.
