I can't seem to get this to connect, at all. I've an Alienware Gaming laptop, but it isn't working. Any ideas?

It is plug and play, just make sure that whatever you are trying to connect is Bluetooth 5.0 compatible ( wireless headphones i use are 5.0) and that you use the USB 3.0 USB port.
