I bought the AGARO Grand Plus 6-in-1 Hand Blender expecting a reliable kitchen tool, but it’s a complete disaster. The part that connects to operate melted from the inside after minimal use, rendering it useless.For a product boasting a "100% copper motor," this is unacceptable—clearly cheap quality. The warranty (2 years, expiring March 2027) is a joke because their customer service is nonexistent.I emailed them with no response and called multiple times, but no one ever picks up.Save yourself the frustration and avoid this trash product at all costs.

First time received a damaged product, second time received a defective product, chopper jar is very delicate, it can breake easily. Chopper blade stopped working in the first rotation itself, returned the product.
