Perfect material for costumes!

I bought this to add to an angel costume for a Christmas program. I put it in the dryer with a damp towel on low heat for around 10 minutes, then hung it up and it took the fold marks out great.

Without even opening the package I could see black stains on the fabric. Why are vendors being allowed to sell obviously defective products on the this website?
