Q: Have anyone used this for chickens? I’ve been told to use liquid but couldn’t get it next day

We did and it's definitely helped, but now I'm worried about eating the eggs, did you use it and was it OK?

Q: Is there a long shelf life - what's the expiry date?

I purchased in September 21 and the expiry date was January 23.

Q: How big is a tablet? Could it be hidden inside a piece of food and given that way?

I'd doubt it, but its easy enough to open beak and drop it into gullet. If you don't think you'd manage that why not consider a liquid product added to drinking water. I prefer the tablets because it gets into system quicker than a week of dosing via water.

Q: How do you administer to chickens?

From the product packaging: One tablet per pigeon regardless of weight should be placed into the mouth.
