I really like this lung trainer! I feel my lungs and the muscles connected to them getting stronger. The only thing that is a bit odd, but makes sense, is that water vapor from the lungs accumulates. So a bit messy. Minor issues.

Did nothing for me.

This device works very well. It is adjustable independently for both inhalation and exhalation. The adjustment knobs are easy to turn and the body is a very sturdy hard plastic. It is easy to clean and you get a couple of different mouth pieces to choose what is easiest for you to use.
