Yes it's a bit pricy but it's worth it to me. I am elderly with mobility problems which means I sit a lot and have had heat rash problems for several years. I have tried prescription creams but even if they fix it the rash just comes back a week or so later. I tried various powders but they didn't work either. I saw this one whilst browsing Amazon and decided 'what had I got to lose' I purchased it in May and it took just 4 days to clear the rash. I have continued to use the powder daily and so far not a sign of the rash recurring. So definitely for me it works and I am about to purchase it again.

great for people who suffer with prickly heat, our Daughter does and her skin becomes irritated. This calms it down in those really hot, humid days and keeps her more comfortable. Great for travelling, nice sized bottle.
