Amazing product. Worth the price. One thing to note is, you have to maintain the Robot Vacuume cleaner and the base station regularly. Without proper maintenance, the product will be useless in no time.

10 days now that i bought it and since then its working as described. Intelligent cleaning with floor polishing action, dust n dirt is sucked away nicely, carpets are vaccumed well and importantly, you can request service anytime. Overall satisfied and worth the price.

If the product works, you are good. However, like any appliance with moving parts which have high chances of failure or needing servicing, that's another story.There is water leakage from the dock, the mob auto wash is expelling water to the sides. And I have been trying to get a customer support for almost two weeks now. They say technician is booked but nobody calls.The service centre or service manager number they give never answers any call.It's always false promises.Now the machine I bought for Rs. 65,000 is sitting useless.Not recommending this until they fix the after sales service problem.

Good:-- cleans well both vacuum and mopping- high suction and deep cleaning- easy to clean the robot-product quality, fit and finish is really good- corners are covered well- speed of cleaning is good. Takes around 40 mi s to vacuum and mop my 2bhk- auto dust cleaning is excellent feature and works well- tones of customisation on easy to use appBad:--A bit noise especially during vacuum. I am getting g flapping noise for some reason when it is operational- the dust collector is huge and bulky but not a deal breaker- Comes with big plug with 20amp rating. You will need adapter small to large 3 pin converter

It is a little big in size but performance is great !!. Build quality Mopping and navigation all is good.

Been using this for 1 month now, i was using another brand before this which costs 20k, without auto mop. This one from Dreame costed me 50k and has auto mop cleaning function.1. Vacuuming is not as effective as my previous one.2. Carpet cleaning is completely useless, as this does not have brush in main roller.3. Nose level is manageable.4. Obstacle detection is better than others, but it's moody.5. Auto water setup filling and drainage accessory isn't available in market.6. The dirt bags show full even when they are actually 10% full. And need to be removed and settled manually and then reattached. My other device is 100% better than dreame in this aspect as well. It never need manual intervention in dirt bag management.7. Application needs lots of improvement.8. Effort required in cleaning base plate, and declogging its dust bin makes me wonder whether this is worth the money. Whether it's actually saving time?9. My other device/brand which costs only 20k is much more effective in every aspect, but it does not have it's spares available in india, and that's why it got useless after 6 months when it's main roller had worn out. This Dreame L10s ultra has spares available, has good features, but frequent manual intervention and low performance still makes me remember my previous device.
