Is this handheld pre installed with games? If not is there a how to video you can recommend o how to put games on this device?

Hopefully you get a package with the sd card that has the games. Mine didn’t come it and no response from seller. I had to return it.

Youd have to download an emulator for that but yes ive seen someone playing atari on the rg353

Max memory stick size?

I’ve used 512GB, just has to be formatted FAT32. Standard formatting on most computers won’t format FAT32 over 64GB but there’s software (free) online that can do it. My little handheld has well over 25,000 roms and iso images.. I love these little things.

Does anyone know how Pokémon runs on this device? Or if it's Available

Retroarch can play Gameboy/ GBC/ GBA and other Nintendo emulators. If you are talking about Pokemon for Android, and if it requires Google Play Store, then it might not work for this device since the Play Store is not supported.
