What is the expiry date on the product

Purchased mine in march 2020 - two dates on bottom of pot :-14-12-19 and 14-7-20. I assume the latter is expiry date

do i have to keep these chilled?

No they are UHT just keep in a cool place

are these really skimmed milk. I have to have only skimmed to health issue and low fat diet.

If it says skimmed milk on the label then it should be to comply with regs around advertising. But surely better to buy fresh skimmed rather than long life?
