Doesn't work
If I believed the hype on this product it would connect to the internet automatically. It doesn't. Possibly because there are no sim cards in the units? I'm trying to return the units that I bought, however the seller isn't responding. I'm going to have to reach out to Amazon support.

Not working needs SIM card I wish they don’t lie no manual it doesn’t match us descriptions poor product now I have to pay monthly for SIM card it should mention in the beginning poor i don’t recommend BS I cant submit without putting a star

Total Scam. No auto connect to satellite!!
This device does not work without a sim card you must purchase elsewhere and pay a monthly fee to that cell provider.
