We chose this one to avoid having to set it back into the wall. This unit installed nicely (by my builder) and operates as advertised, would recommend given the high quality and finish/features it has.

Beautiful craftsmanship. It was a little bit of an inconvenience with the delivery. I was notified that it would be delivered by a semi-truck and that I had to schedule a delivery. That would have been fine, but I live in a very wooded area and have a driveway that is inaccessible to a semi-truck. I had to drive to a facility and pick it up myself, and it was definitely a challenge fitting it into my personal vehicle. Ended up having to take it out of the box to fit it, but we made it work.That being said, I love the wrap around look of the design. It’s one of the only fireplaces I found on the market that looks nice from all angles, even when mounted on the wall and not “in” the wall. Though the blower isn’t super powerful, it does take the edge off our chilly bedroom.The glass cubes and logs are separate, and come uninstalled from the main machine, which means an extra step in set up, but it’s nice that you can arrange it to your personal tastes.The machine isn’t super loud, but does make a fan sound when the heater is on. A soft sound can also be heard from mine when I turn on just the lights.Overall very happy with my purchase!

This is a quality electric fireplace with excellent visuals. I have worked with this company before and they were right on the mark when there was a delivery issue on a vacation rental. I haven't spent much time to see the fireplace there, but I've had this model since Christmas and love it for color and extra warmth. Unlike many of the other brands, Touchstone gives you the real deal.

We absolutely love this wall mounted fireplace. We mainly use it for the ambiance and not so much the heat factor. The size of this worked perfectly for the space we wanted it. The product was shipped and arrived quite quickly. It was easy to assemble. Love the color options of the “rocks”.

This is a beautiful wall mounted fireplace. We especially love the wrap around glass so there is no gap between the wall and fireplace. It delivers a good amount of heat too!. You don't need to have the heat on to enjoy the flame. It runs quiet and with different light and flame settings. It was easy to put together but more difficult to install the mounting plate then the video shown as we were not able to attach to any studs' so we used larger molly screws to be sure it was attached securely. It was easy to put together otherwise, I highly recommend you watch the video. Very well made and we just love it. It's on everyday.

We like the enclosed mantle and the black finish. The mounting system is very efficient and sturdy. The screen display on the front is a bit difficult to see because I only mounted it 12 inches above the floor. I was able to tuck most of the power cable under the unit but the 90 degree plug on the end caused a small issue at the wall plate. I would suggest that they offer more colors in the flame presentation. Overall a very smartly designed unit.

The media could not be loaded. Appearance wise, it looks good. The frame finish was half the main reason I bought this despite the hefty price point.However, the other half the reason is that it is a smart electric fireplace. Well it constantly disconnects and most of the time it won’t even reconnect. Even with stripping my WiFi down to only have the 2.4 gateway, it still fails to function. This defeats the purpose of it being smart.Some other issues I have with this is that it is very unstable. It is only hooked onto a bracket with two hooks, and doesnt seem like it can have much weight on it.As far as heating goes, it does not provide very much heat. I think that is mainly an electric vs gas issue, but it still sucks. There’s only 2 heat settings but even the highest one feels low. Not only that but it is also extremely loud as shown in the video.Overall, it is not good. Especially for $800-1000 dollars, it is not worth it. I’d argue even $150-200 is not worth it. Very disappointed.
