Can you premix these all together in a gallon?

You can't premix the concentrates together without water, but you can premix nutrient solution ahead of time. I usually make about 3 gallons of water/nutrients in a 5 gallon bucket to use throughout a week.

You will get 3, 1qt bottles, one of each. high quality nutriants. I use to suplement soil. Great for cannabis and tomatoes. Had fresh tomatoes all winter from grow tent in soil with these nutriants. not just for hydro.

can you premix these and store for later use? or do you have to wait to mix only when you're going to use?

I pre mix a gal and use that till it's gone. Worked for me so far.

when I harvest cannabis outside do I need to flush prior to harvest?

No and flushing the earth would not work . Flushing is for potted plants. I am not convinced flushing is really necessary after several rushed harvests worked out fine.
