Can this be wired into a 2gang plug socket in shed to heat a 1500kw heater and lamp, it will be plugged into an outdoor 240v socket RCD protected

It is only a single plug, so you could not plug all that in without using some kind of adapter. The lead is 13 AMP, so as long as it was unrolled it could cope with up to about 3000 Watts of power.
