Are these the same batteries as the ones for the BOBOVR M3 for the Meta Quest 3 headset?

To my understanding, these batteries are designed for the Quest 2 (M2). Due to the increased power demands of the Quest 3, they may exhibit a diminished performance profile.

Why does this come with two charging wires

One is used to connect the battery dock to the headset and the other is used to connect the charging station to a power source.
