Generally speaking Pot. Sorbate can be used but proper method would be to use natural preservation using salt, sugar, spices, lime juice, sterilization practice etc. Commercial preservatives are selected based on several considerations and often affect taste. If you are planning to use sorbates read up on fruit/veg preservation or consult food preservation chemist.

Can we use this along with Calcium propoanate.
