Is this tested on animals or cruelty free?

why won't the tube twist up??

Hi there! We're sorry this product is not twisting up, and we appreciate your question. We would expect our Nail Rehab Cuticle Oil Balm to twist up. The bottom section twists, and the mechanism works slowly, but after several twists you should see the product rise. Why can’t I get the tube to twist up?

I had the same issue. I finally used a towel to grip the bottom and then twisted.
