This brand has good reviews and Ceylon cinnamon has the most pure cinnamon. Other sources can harm the liver.

The B-complex Swanson makes in capsule form absorbs easily. I will now switch from puratins pride to useing all of Swanson products.

We use this product to help feel less exhausted. Either this is helping or it’s the placebo effect. I’m confident this is a good product.

B100 is pretty standard. Swanson does a good job and these have worked well.My lad work indicated they absorb sufficiently well to get into the body. They smell like good B vitamins. My own anecdotal evidence is that they work well.
